By accessing or using Rately (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Rately is a SaaS platform that helps restaurant owners collect customer feedback and Google reviews. The Service includes:
Billing is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Current pricing is displayed at rately.io/#pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for unused time, except where required by applicable law.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paying subscribers. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@rately.io for a full refund. After 7 days, all payments are final. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Important: Rately generates suggested review text using AI. You and your customers are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to post this content.
Rately is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC. The Service assists customers in writing and submitting their own genuine reviews. We do not guarantee any improvement in your Google rating or search ranking. Posting reviews to Google is subject to Google's own policies and terms, which you and your customers are responsible for following.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, during which you may request a data export.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and emailing support@rately.io.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rately and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
